Will my request actually be read by a person?

Yes. Every submission is reviewed by someone on our small team — usually within two working days. There is no automated triage or filtering at this stage of the foundation.

What kinds of requests can I make?

Anything genuinely concerning a community: a public space that needs care, a child who needs educational support, a medical situation in your neighbourhood, a meaningful initiative you'd like us to consider, or simply an offer to volunteer your time.

Will you respond even if you can't help?

Yes — and honestly so. We'd rather acknowledge a request and explain our limitations than leave it unanswered. If we know of someone better placed to help, we'll point you to them.

Is the foundation accepting donations?

Not at this early stage. The foundation is just beginning, and we want to first do real, visible work before inviting financial support. Time, ideas and on-the-ground help are welcome.
